We have park reservations but they are not showing up in my plan

Greetings Patricia, and welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! Just a few more sleeps until you are right in the middle of the World’s Most Magical Celebration! I can tell that you are probably running through your pre-trip checklist and putting the finishing touches on your fabulously planned vacation. Mickey and Minnie are anxiously awaiting your arrival so you can join them in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort.

Oh no! It looks like Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope have strayed away from their corner of the internet and wandered into My Disney Experience. I am not quite sure if you were looking for your plans online or in the mobile app. I am on the mobile app just about every day and when I find it to be glitchy or something is missing that I know should be there, I go back to my laptop and sign in to My Disney Experience to see what is going on.

Sign in to My Disney Experience and click the My Plans tab. Scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section. Here you should see any reservations that you have including your Park Pass Reservations. If they are here we are all good to go. Before you go back to check your plans on your smartphone, make sure that you are running the most updated version of its operating system. Also, check to make sure that you have the most recently updated version of My Disney Experience. Sometimes even deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it will help. Don’t worry, you will not lose your plans. After reinstalling the app, sign in and tap the more indicator [3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner] and then tab the Future Plans button on the menu. Your park pass reservations should be there.

If for some reason you do not see your plans, you were sent an email confirming your reservations. I would print them out as a backup to show to a Cast Member in case you need proof of your reservation. You may want to visit Guest Relations the day before you begin your adventures, so a Cast Member can assist you and the members of your travel party. Hopefully, Fix-It Felix can get in there and resolve the issue before you arrive.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
