Hi there, Caitlin! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for visiting us with this question.
I think I can help! I recently had the same experience when I booked a
Disneyland Resort Vacation Pacakge. As you might know, the Travel ePackage containing your tickets does not appear in your MyDisney account until three days before your check-in date. However, you can still
link your hotel reservation to your MyDisney account, which should display your theme park reservations associated with your hotel stay. You can do this online or in the
official Disneyland mobile app by selecting the '☰' from the home screen and scrolling to "Hotel Reservations." Sometimes, your reservation will automatically appear here if you were logged into your MyDisney account at the time of the original transaction. But, if not, you can simply click the "Link Another Reservation" option and manually enter the reservation confirmation number, the Last Name of the primary Guest, and your arrival date. Once successfully linked, you should be able to view the hotel reservation and any accompanying park reservations in your "Future Plans" section of the app. If you're still running into technical problems, I recommend that you reach out to the
Vacation Package phone line to speak with a Cast Member. They're always wonderfully accommodating and so kind!
I hope this is a useful set of recommendations, Caitlin! If we can assist with any other details or if you need any trip inspiration as you continue planning, I hope you'll feel welcome to come back to
planDisney with any questions! In the meantime, I wish you an absolutely magical vacation!
Blue Skies and Sunshine,
