Welcome to
planDisney, Holly!
Thanks for stopping by with a question about theme park tickets and reservations. I was at
Disneyland Resort last week with some of my planDisney pals and when we were planning the trip, one of my friends said she couldn't stress enough how important it was to make park reservations (and early!).
For tickets purchased directly through Disney, you should have been prompted to choose a date and theme park at the time of purchase. If you are unsure if you made a reservation or not, head to the Disneyland app and select "Future Plans". This can also be checked through the Disneyland website.
Once your tickets have been linked, you can make a reservation. On the app, tap the "+" sign at the bottom of the screen followed by "Make a Park Reservation". You'll receive a few more prompts to follow, and then you're all set!
While you are enjoying Disneyland Resort, I recommend checking out the special offerings for Disneyland’s 70th anniversary. If you have a sweet tooth, try the 70th Celebration churro over near Big Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion and Toontown Square or head to the Plaza Inn to try a slice of the 70th Celebration Cake. My pal Alison tried a piece last week when we were visiting the parks and she gave it two thumbs up. For a complete look at all things food, check out
Disney Eats: Disneyland 70th Celebration Foodie Guide.
I hope this information is helpful, Holly. Have a wonderful time at the theme parks and beyond!
