How do I make park reservations on my iPhone?

Greetings Gregory, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending us your question from the Sunshine State. I imagine it's pretty magical to have Mickey Mouse and his pals as neighbors! I'd be happy to assist you today.

During the current phased reopening in Walt Disney World, all Guests must reserve their theme park days in advance through the Disney Park Pass System. Fortunately, this new, online tool can be used right from the palm of your hands. Here's what you'll want to do.

    1. Open the My Disney Experience mobile app on your iPhone.
    2. At the bottom of the screen, click on the + sign which will bring up several options including, "Make a Park Reservation." Click here and you will be redirected to the web version of My Disney Experience where you will continue the process.
    3. Select the members of your party that will be joining you, and then choose the date and theme parks you would like to visit. Valid theme park admission is required to make a reservation, so if you haven't yet purchased tickets, you'll want to do that first.

Gregory, I hope you can easily complete this first essential step in the planning process, so there's nothing left to do but await the vacation fun! My family and I recently enjoyed our own magical escape, and we were so pleased with the health protocols in place to keep Guests and Cast Members as safe as possible during these unprecedented times. I wish you and your family a wonderful visit, and if there is anything else we can do to help, please come back and see us again.

    TTFN, ta ta for now!

No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
