Hello Glynn,
Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney!
Glynn, I'm so sorry to hear that your travel plans have been interrupted. I've had the experience of needing to cancel family trips to the Walt Disney World Resort for various reasons over the years, and I can understand how disappointing it feels. And though you're not sure at this point when you can reschedule your trip, I'm hopeful for you that you'll be making plans to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth" real soon.
You can quickly and easily cancel the theme park reservations that you made through the
Disney Park Pass system. Simply sign in to your
"My Plans" features in your My Disney Experience account. In your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section, you should see your "Daily Itinerary" with your theme park reservations. When you click on a theme park reservation to see its details, you should see a link that will allow you to cancel the reservation. You can also cancel theme park reservations in a similar way using the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
The theme park tickets you linked to your My Disney Experience account should remain linked. Because you're not sure yet when you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, it's helpful to know that the amount that you paid for theme park tickets that go unused and happen to expire can be
applied towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.
Glynn, here's wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow with a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in the plans. There will be lots of magic awaiting you when you arrive, and Mickey and his pals will be happy to see you
And here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today,
Glynn!Jerry
