Hi Gary,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing this question to us!
With the soon-to-be launched
new reservation system, guests will need to make a reservation for entry into the park(s). Reservations can be made for up to 12 guests at a time. To make your reservation(s), be sure to have a My Disney Experience Account. In that account, be sure that you have all of your family members listed in your Family & Friends list. Once you log into the reservation system in
My Disney Experience, you should be able to select the family members who will join you for those park days.
Although you could try making reservations one after another if there are more than 12 people in your family, I suggest that you split into "reservation groups" and have one person assigned to each group make the reservation(s) for their assigned group. Remember that each person in your party will need
valid theme park admission for the dates you select and everyone's theme park tickets or
Annual Passes should be linked in My Disney Experience.
At this time, reservations cannot be modified, and they cannot be made with the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Guests who need to change a reservation can cancel and try to make another reservation. Finally, make sure that those who have their own My Disney Experience Accounts are all connected through the My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience.
Continue to keep an eye on all
operations updates, particularly as they relate to your
resort hotel reservations and the new park reservation system because procedures may change. And remember to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to access
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and your
PhotoPass photos while in the parks.
Gary, welcome to this new universe of frozen fractals as we forge ahead
into the unknown - may your adventure be graced with lots of love and laughter!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
