    My park reservations on the my experience app do not match the ones on the website. And I also can't link my tickets on the app. Do you know why this is and how I can remove this? I have deleted and reinstalled the app but that didn't work.

    With your jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort waiting just around the river bend, I really do wish that I was able to gain access to your My Disney Experience account so that I could see why all the elements of your booking aren't appearing as they should be.

    As your arrival date is so very close now David, my best suggestion is for you to speak in person with a tech-savvy Cast Member who will be able to fully gain access to your My Disney Experience account. 

    Cast Members in Technical and Website Support truly do have similar powers to Fairy Godmothers, and in just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo will be able to have your My Disney Experience looking all neat and pretty once again.
