Hi Joel,
Welcome back to planDisney!
How exciting to learn that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! You will be happy to hEAR that you can certainly cancel and make new
Disney Park Pass system reservations as long as there is
theme park availability on the dates of your visit. I have cancelled park pass reservations and booked new ones several times. Once, however, I cancelled park pass reservations for my family and could not make new ones online even though the
theme park availability calendar showed availability, so I had to
contact a Cast Member for assistance.
Looking at your arrival date, I am excited that you will be able to experience
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Follow the
Disney Parks Blog for fun surprises and keep an eye on
shopDisney for newly released merchandise. My family has become the matching t-shirt family. This was never a goal of mine, but my husband gets great joy out of using our
Annual Passholder discount to buy merchandise and I have come to appreciate that matching t-shirts simplifies our packing.
Since you have some time before your arrival date, I also suggest that you keep an eye on the operational updates, especially those related to
dining,
resort hotels, and
theme park experiences. When your advanced dining reservation window opens, be sure to make those reservations. On our most recent visit, I loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in. We often checked in while walking to the restaurants.
Joel, it seems clear that you possess superhero planning skills, so I trust you will have your crew ready for an
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
