How do I get my park reservations to my Disneyland app. My etickets showed up but when I click my park reservations, it goes blank. The reservations are on my Disney on my computer , just would like them on the app

    Hi there, Lynnette!

Yay! You’re on your way to the Disneyland Resort. I’m sure the excitement can be overwhelming. I always find that I can’t function the days before a trip to The Happiest Place on Earth. I’m too distracted with the excitement and anticipation of arriving.

The good news is, it does sound like you have your reservations already linked to your ticket. To make sure they are visible on your mobile app, I recommend making sure you are first logged into your Disney account on the mobile app. Sometimes my phone will automatically sign me out. Once you sign in, you should see your reservations on the home screen of your app. Don’t worry though, as long as you made your reservations on the desktop site, while signed in to your Disney account, the two platforms communicate so they should be visible the mobile app as well. If you still don’t see them, I recommend reinstalling the app or checking for updates, that usually does the trick.

If none of these options work, you can reach out to the Website Support team by giving them a call. I also want to remind you that your reservations are linked to your ticket. So even though they may not be visible on the app, as long as they are scheduled, you will be good to go. All you will need upon entrance is to present your ticket, which has your reservations magically linked.

I hope this helps, Lynnette! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with and have a magical visit!
