I have had my reservation seemingly disappear from the
My Disney Experience mobile app before, and needless to say, I did have a moment of panic. I was relieved when I found out that the reservation was still intact and that the app was just a bit “glitchy” (at that moment). If your reservation is still not showing within the My Disney Experience mobile app, try accessing your account using a computer via the website itself, as it should be visible there. If for some reason it is still not visible, definitely contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936, and a Cast Member will be able to assist you.
