I’ve got all good news and a compliment. Yes, you can park and drop your bags at bell services before cruising the parks. Be sure to check in at the front desk before walking over. I’d recommend linking your reservation to your
Disney Mobile App, so you can simply check the app to see if your room is ready. This is a stellar plan.
On day two, you can either drop your bags at bell services again or load them straight into your car and head to the parks again. You can actually leave your car in the parking area until midnight that night, should you want to attempt the rope drop to closing challenge. Just keep an eye on the time so you don’t get charged for an extra day.
