    My park reservations are for the correct dates in the app 10-12 January, except when I go to plan my day they are 9-11January. How do I fix this?

    Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear that the app is causing you some frustration and confusion by giving you different dates for your visit. I will say I'm relieved to hear that your park reservations look correct, that's the most important! Unfortunately, with tech issues, I don't have the ability to look into your account and help you get this sorted. This is where a Cast Member from Guest Services would come in quite handy. I suggest using the chat feature in the Disneyland app, to see if they can be of help to you. You can find the Chat feature by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand of the app, and then. It is usually the last option in the blocks titled, "Chat with Us". Just make sure you are signed into your Disney account first or you might not be able to see it.

    If your issue is still not resolved, you can find many wonderful Guest Services Cast Members throughout the parks at kiosks that are usually under an umbrella. You can also find them as you walk through the entrances of the park at City Hall in Disneyland Park and the Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park. Sometimes with tech issues, it's easier to work with a Cast Member in person to help get your issue resolved.

    While your trip dates have you showing up just as the last of the holiday decor has been put away, I wanted to make sure you knew that Haunted Mansion Holiday will still be around through the month of January, so be sure to make plans to see what Jack Skellington is up to!
