On park reservations can you change them if the park is available?

Well hello, Cyndi. Thanks for bringing your question to us at planDisney. Like many other Guests, my plans often change and I'm happy to help with your question.

Great news, you can absolutely cancel and rebook your (starting) park reservation for your upcoming visit. A couple of things to keep in mind, once you cancel your existing park reservation, you do run the risk of reservations not being available. To try to avoid this, I strongly recommend checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before you cancel any existing reservations.

Here's a fun little fact for you. If you have Disneyland Park as your starting park, you will have up to two chances (if needed) to join the virtual queue for the new attraction, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. I was able to secure a boarding group via the virtual queue during my last visit and really enjoyed this super cute ride. If you like searching for hidden Mickeys, be on the lookout in the queue and on the ride. Also, if you have a Park Hopper ticket, you can now park hop between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park starting at 11:00 AM Pacific Time.

I hope this was helpful, Cyndi. I also hope that you are able to change your plans to meet your heart's desire. Let us know if you have other questions as you continue to plan for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth - we love to help.

    Have a magical day!
