How can I make park reservations with my annual pass even though some family members are part of my party but are not included in my annual pass?

    Hi Tiernach!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's good to see you hEAR. Thank you so much for bringing this great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question to us!

In part of Disney's returning to a world of magic, a brand new Park Pass Reservation System has been implemented. It sounds like you're already familiar with what you need to do to reserve dates for your visit as an Annual Passholder, so let's see how we can take care of the rest of your family members. If the others in your group are not also Passholders themselves, then at the time of this writing only guests with valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park admission tickets and a reservation at a Disney Resort Hotel (or select participating neighboring properties) that falls between certain dates can make Park Pass Reservations. If those in your group have tickets and a Disney Resort Hotel reservation, it could be that your vacation dates haven't "opened" up yet for park reservations made by regular ticket holders, but they should very soon. However, if the others in your travel party don't yet have their theme park tickets, those sales should also be resuming very soon (the rumor I've heard is this week!), and after purchasing their tickets then you should be able to all book park reservations together. If your group does have tickets and is still having issues, then go ahead and call the Annual Passholder phone line as they should be able to assist your party with this problem. Their phone number is (407) 560-7277.

Pro Tip: It sounds like everyone in your group is already linked together in your 'Family and Friends' list in your My Disney Experience account. Now is a great time to make sure that everyone updates their My Disney Experience Mobile Apps as some great new features have been added, like the ability to use Disney Gift Cards for Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering!

Definitely keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all future updates around the reopening of Walt Disney World Resort. In fact, 'like' and 'follow' them across all of your social media channels so you won't miss a minute of the newest news straight from Mickey himself!

I hope this helped to clEAR things up a big, Tiernach. And if you have any more Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
