Hiya, Robin, and welcome to
planDisney!
This is a great question, and one I’ve been wondering, too. Unfortunately, we haven’t heard any updates about if or when
park reservations may be discontinued. For the current
Disneyland Resort guidelines, I checked the
Experience Updates page, which is the best spot to find the latest COVID-19 related information. Currently, the Disneyland Resort is requiring all Guests to obtain a reservation for park entry in advance. Theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability. To enter a park, you must have both a theme park reservation and valid admission ticket for the same park on the same date. If you have a multi-day ticket, you’ll need to make a park reservation for each date of your visit. I recommend checking theme park reservation availability online prior to purchasing tickets, too. The Disneyland Resort states that their procedures may change based on guidance from the state of California and local health officials, so it’s best to check this page often for the latest updates.
In the meantime, have you experienced
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort yet, Robin? Now through October 31, 2022, you can experience the frightful fun of the Main Street Pumpkin Festival, the spook-tacular Halloween Screams show, and the adorable costumes of your favorite Disney Characters. I hope you’re able to experience the grim, grinning fun of
Haunted Mansion Holiday, too! It’s one of my favorite attraction overlays!
Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!
Wishing you magic,
Kristin
