Hi there, Kayleigh! Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question.
Let’s figure this out for you. First of all, you usually have to pick dates when you purchase tickets, so you may already have the park reservations you need. I’d suggest downloading and setting up the
Disneyland Mobile App. Once you’ve done that, press the (☰) and then “My Tickets & Passes.” Press the blue (+) in the upper right-hand corner and then “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can scan your barcode if you have one, or enter your ticket number manually. Press the (☰) again and scroll down to “Future Plans.” If you have a reservation, it will show there.
If you purchased your tickets with a hotel package somewhere other than through the app or the
Disneyland website, it’s possible that you need to link your hotel reservation before setting a park reservation. From the home screen of the app, press the (☰) and then scroll down to “Hotel Reservations.” Enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. You should be prompted to set a park reservation at this time. Sometimes, your tickets don’t show in your app right away, but if you have a hotel reservation and a park reservation, there is no need to worry. The ticket will appear in the app a few days before your visit.
If you’re having trouble at any point in the process, feel free to
call on a friendly cast member for help. They’ll be happy to help sort things out.
Kayleigh, I hope your trip is full of magic and memories. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to bring them to us at
planDisney. I hope you have a magical day!
Corey
