Hi Jenna, welcome to planDisney!
You've found the right place to share your chEARS and fEARS about planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Let's start with the chEARS.
The World's Most Magical Celebration currently immerses all four theme parks in festive decor with an EARidescent flair. At night, the theme park icons light up the sky and Guests' hearts as
Beacons of Magic. The two new nighttime spectaculars that debuted as part of the 50th Anniversary Celebration,
Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom park and
Harmonious at EPCOT, end any Disney day with an exclamation point. Spoiler alert - you are the magic!
Now onto those rational fEARS.
Valid admission and theme park reservations are currently required for theme park entry. When you
link your admission ticket in My Disney Experience and make a
theme park reservation using the Disney Park Pass system, you get a confirmation page that says your reservation is confirmed. There is no email or formal confirmation number except the theme park reservation reminder email that goes out two days before your reservation. I can totally understand your desire to confirm the confirmation, especially since the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar is currently showing limited availability for April dates.
Let's make sure your theme park reservation is ready and waiting, Jenna. After opening your
My Disney Experience mobile app, click the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen and "Future Plans." A theme park reservation will appear under a date in a box with a check-marked calendar icon and a
DISNEY PARK PASS heading
. The words
Disney Park Pass appear again in the box with the name and thumbnail image of the park for which you have a reservation (Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, etc.) The "arrive time" is probably listed as
Park Open - Close and the reservation box also specifies the number of Guests included in the reservation. If you click on the Disney Park Pass, the valid date of the park pass will appear as well as the name(s) to whom the reservation is linked. Once you see your name on that reservation, Jenna, you have my permission to heave a huge sigh of relief. To exit this view, click the back arrow at the top left.
Do not click cancel unless you wish to cancel your theme park reservation. You should also be able to see theme park reservations for other members of your planning party, as long as you are connected as
Family and Friends in My Disney Experience.
Now that your mind space has some open real estate, I'll just drop a link to the
Foodie Guide for the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. What can I say except, "You're welcome!"
Plan magic; planDisney.
