Hey there, Veronica! Welcome to
planDisney.
Park hopping is my favorite way to spend a Disney day. You'll often find me up and at em' early in the morning at one of the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I love the morning hours because it tends to feel less busy. Then around lunchtime when I feel like the wait times are getting a little too long for my liking, I'll head back to the
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that I am staying at for an afternoon swim. Then, in the evening I typically head over to Epcot. I love snacking and drinking around the World Showcase for dinner. It's so much fun.
Park hopping does look a little bit different right now with the addition of
park pass reservations. First, you'll want to purchase your Walt Disney World theme park tickets and link them to your
MyDisneyExperience account. The next step is to make your park pass reservations. You are going to make one reservation per day for the initial theme park you plan on visiting. On the day of, you'll need to scan in and enter the theme park with the park pass reservation before continuing on to other theme parks later in the day. Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes in the evenings. It is not necessary, or even possible, to make multiple park pass reservations for one day. You only need one for the first park you are visiting. To make park hopping a little bit more convenient, complimentary park-to-park bus transportation is currently being provided.
I hope this helps explain the process of park hopping a little bit better, Veronica. If you have more questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Happy hopping!
