We have a park reservation for Magic Kingdom on June 15 and Park Hopper tickets. June 15 has extra evening hours for deluxe resort guests. We are. If we leave MK and want to come back will it still have to depend on capacity? Or our reservation?

    Hello Kristina,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It looks like you have everything lined up for a magical vacation. You'll be strolling down Main Street U.S.A. before you know it!

To enjoy the Extended Evening Theme Park Hours for guests staying at Deluxe Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, you'll need either a park reservation for Magic Kingdom on June 15 or have the Park Hopper Option added to your tickets. You have BOTH, so you are more than prepared to enjoy a late night in the park.

It sounds like you already plan to take a break during the day. That's a great idea! It can get quite hot in Florida in June, and staying at Magic Kingdom all day in the heat could be exhausting. Because you have a Park Hopper Option, you may be tempted to hop to another park in the afternoon, which you absolutely can do; however, I recommend spending at least a couple of hours during the heat of the day either enjoying your resort hotel pool or relaxing in your room. That way you'll be refreshed and ready to head back to the park to view Disney Enchantment and ride some of your favorite classic attractions. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is one of my favorites to experience at night!

Hope this helps. Mickey can't wait to see ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
