I have a park reservation at Magic Kingdom on April 3 with park hopper. My plan was to to do magic in the morning then park hop in the afternoon. Then return to Magic Kingdom for fireworks. Are we going to be able to get back in if at capacity?

Hi there, Keziah - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks so much for stopping by with a question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

I have some good news for you, Keziah - you're making all the right planning moves! In the rare instances when a Walt Disney World Theme Park reaches attendance capacity, park hopping can be restricted. This would mostly impact Guests who do not have Park Pass Reservations for that specific park. Since you have a Park Pass Reservation for Magic Kingdom Park on that day, you should have no trouble entering or re-entering the park at any time during its open hours. The Park Pass System is designed to make sure that Guests who have a Park Pass Reservation are able to enter the park, even if they leave and return.

Obviously, Cast Members always make safety a priority and the ability to enter a park is always at their discretion. Given that this is the first evening the Happily Ever After fireworks extravaganza returns, I highly recommend speaking to one of the Cast Members at the park exit before you leave Magic Kingdom Park to park hop. They usually have a good sense of attendance numbers and can provide you with additional details or instructions to guide your decisions!

I hope this information is helpful, Keziah - stop by with more questions any time!
