We have a park reservation for Friday Sept 24 and I need to cancel it. How do I do that?

    Hi Pam! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm sorry to hear that you need to cancel your Disney Park Pass reservation, but I hope it is because you are going to reschedule for another day! Maybe you are planning to delay your visit until after the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration begins. Whatever the reason, I am happy to help guide you through the process.

After logging in to your My Disney Experience account on the main Walt Disney World website, select "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. This should bring up all the plans you have in place for your trip. Scroll down until you see your Disney Park Pass reservation for September 24, 2021. Click on the box that says, "View Details." Once the information comes up, you'll see a link to "Cancel This Reservation" wedged between the date your reservation is valid and your party. Selecting that link will walk you through the steps of canceling your reservation.

You can also do this on the My Disney Experience mobile app by touching the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then selecting "My Plans." Scroll to view your Disney Park Pass reservation, touch the reservation, and on the next page, you can use the blue "X" in the middle of the screen to cancel.

I hope this helps, Pam! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
