    I want to make a park reservation, but my Disney travel reservation doesn’t show my ticket when I click on ticket details. Also, I don’t see anything else but e-package date available Dec. 4. What is that? How do I know when and how to reserve?

    Congratulations, you’ll be visiting the Disneyland Resort during the Holiday season which will bring forth the merriest Disney-style experiences ever, I am so happy for you, Bronwyn! Best of all you’ll enjoy your Disneyland Resort Vacation Package accommodations, perks and theme park admission, how very exciting!

    Bronwyn, it sounds as if you have an excellent grasp of your planning, and I completely relate to how the Travel ePackage may appear a little vague, therefore I will help you out so that you can proceed with your planning.

    The Disneyland Resort Vacation Package components (Travel ePackage) as you already know are delivered to your Disney account approximately 4 days before your check-in, but there is one very important step that must be completed for this to happen and for you to also proceed with the required Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations up to 120 days in advance (subject to change), and it’s the associating or linking of the vacation package to your Disney account, and here’s how to complete this step.

    1. Sign in to your Disney account online and roll your cursor over the My Disneyland planning area on the top right on the main page.
    2. Select My Hotel Reservations and using your vacation package confirmation number please enter that number to link your vacation package to your Disney account.
    3. Once linked, please go back to My Disneyland and look for the Ticket and Reservations link to proceed with your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations for each day of your valid theme park admission for all Guests in your vacation package.
    At this point, when you sign in to your Disneyland Mobile App all your plans including your Travel ePackage should be available. Here is how you can access your Travel ePackage from the app.

    1. Sign in to the Disneyland Mobile App and select the Feature Menu on the bottom right.
    2. This will take you to your Welcome Bronwyn page.
    3. Select the My Hotel Reservation tile.
    4. Select View Travel ePackage to open your details.
    5. Please look for and select Get eTickets to view your eTickets and subsequent Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations from the Tickets and Reservations tile.

    Tip:
    Using the Disneyland Mobile App, save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance by purchasing the Disney Genie+ Service. By purchasing this option you will receive unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day (subject to change and availability).
