make a park reservation when you have a complementary pass

Hi Jose, and welcome to planDisney!

Even with a complimentary theme park ticket, you can make your theme park reservations as long as you have linked your tickets first.

You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account or the app. From the app, click the three lines at the bottom right and click “tickets and passes.” Select “Link Tickets and Passes,” and you can either scan the code or type in the code from the back of your ticket.

Once your tickets are linked, you can now use the Disney Park Pass Reservation System to make your theme park reservations. Choose the (+) symbol from the app and select “Make a Park Reservation.”

We are here to help if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
