If I do a park reservation and change my mind, can I change it? How late can I change, day of?

    Hi there, Rebecca!

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question.

It looks like you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation on the horizon! I'm sure you must be counting down the days until you arrive in December - what a magical, pixie-dusted time to visit. Not only will you be immersed in holiday celebrations throughout the month of December, but you'll be visiting right in the middle of The World's Most Magical Celebration, to commemorate Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary!

Guest will have SO much to enjoy during the celebration, including Beacons of Magic, the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection, TWO new Nighttime Spectaculars (Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at Epcot), Disney Kite Tails, and an all-new attraction at Epcot - Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. With all of the golden anniversary excitement, plus all of the holiday happenings during December, you'll have so much to see and do!

If you've made Disney Park Pass reservations for a specific date, and decide you'd like to modify your plans, you can make the changes through your My Disney Experience mobile app. To change your Disney Park Pass reservations, you'll simply need to cancel the ones you'd made previously and rebook new ones on the dates you'd like to visit. First things first, you'll want to check the Theme Park Availability Calendar to make sure you'll be able to visit the parks of your choice on the days you'd like to go. Once you see there's availability, cancel your previous reservation, and select your new Disney Park Pass reservation, you're good to go! As long as there is still availability for the park you'd like to visit, you should be able to make the change on the day of your visit, as long as you haven't already entered the park for that day. My advice would be to secure your Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as you know for sure what your plans are, as availability is always subject to change.

I hope this helps with your plans and preparations for your upcoming trip!
