    What park do you recommend for a 3 yr old besides Magic Kingdom?

    Hi Amelia,

    Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love your question! It gave me a chance to reminisce about my own not-so-little-anymore-one and all the fun he had in each Walt Disney World theme park. Yes, Magic Kingdom is a must-see destination, and there is wonder to explore in each park.

    Offering my own take based on my experience and that of my then-3-year-old, I think Disney's Animal Kingdom is a wonderfully fun adventure. Let's start with attractions for little ones. DinoLand U.S.A. offers TriceraTop Spin and The Boneyard. Pandora – The World of Avatar offers the captivating Na'vi River Journey. Kilimanjaro Safari is a great adventure. Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo - The Musical are simply so much fun. Rafiki's Planet Watch and Affection Section are a joy. And there are lots of favorite characters to hug and greet. I can tell you that the PhotoPass I have from when our son met Rafiki is one of my all-time favorites.
