Hello Lauren! Having to pick one park to go to twice! What a great "problem" to have! When I plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort I usually plan on visiting one park twice and the other parks once. For my family that park has traditionally been
Magic Kingdom Park. My kids love the thrill rides - Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. My wife loves the Fantasyland rides - "it's a small world," Peter Pan's Flight, and Voyage of the Little Mermaid. I love the dark rides - Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion. However, now that my kids are getting to be tweens and teens I have a feeling they will want to spend that extra Disney day at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The addition of
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is going to be quite the draw for them! In addition, they love the thrill rides in that park such as
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith.
I think the best answer to this question is that it really comes down to what your family loves most about Disney! If your family loves Toy Story then you will most likely want to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios twice. Maybe there is a particular attraction that is a family favorite such as
Avatar Flight of Passage at
Disney's Animal Kingdom. That attraction alone is worth visiting the park twice!
In addition to the interests of your group, you might also want to take age into account. The parks have height requirements for certain attractions which can find by visiting each individual page for the four Disney Parks on the
Walt Disney World Resort website.
Lauren, the best news is that you have four good options from which to choose. You might even want to let the rest of your group "talk it out" to help build some additional excitement for your visit!
