Which park would you recommend on our shortest day? I'm assuming our arrival day will be the shortest , which is 03/02. I don't want it to seem like we are losing a day. Since we cant check in to the resort till 12.

Hello Lashondra and thanks for bringing such an important question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
You truly are a girl after my own heart because like you I don't want to waste a single moment of magic while I'm visiting Walt Disney World Resort either!
Here just for you are my top 3 things to do on arrival day at Walt Disney World Resort -
    - Visit the Magic Kingdom Park; it's the smallest of the Disney Theme Parks and in my opinion the best place to try and see it all!
    - Spend time exploring the shoppers and diners paradise of the Downtown Disney Area with all it's new enhancements like The BOATHOUSE; Great Food, Water Front Dining, Dream Boats.
    - Discover Epcot's World Showcase by taking time to wander in and around all the various Pavilions, especially the delightful United Kingdom Pavilion where you may be lucky enough to catch a rockin' performance from the fantastic British Revolution; being the current UK Mum on the Disney Parks Moms Panel makes me more than a little biased about this suggestion!
I'm sure whatever is finally decided upon you'll enjoy a magical March 2016 trip to Walt Disney World Resort making memories which are sure to last an entire lifetime.
    Have a great Disney day.
