    Will a park purchase item be sent to your hotel room if you are staying at a Disney hotel

    How exciting to hear that you are staying at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort! You will love the proximity to the Theme Parks, the Early Entry benefit, and the various amenities offered at your Disneyland Resort Hotel.

    I understand you are interested in having merchandise sent to your Disneyland Resort Hotel. Unfortunately, this service is not currently available. Nevertheless, I do have other ideas for you to consider:

    • Shop for merchandise before you plan to leave the parks to go to your hotel room. Merchandise locations on Main Street, U.S.A., and Buena Vista Street stay open for about an hour after the parks officially close.
    • Rent a Locker. There are Locker Rentals available inside each park and in the Esplanade, the area between both parks. 
    • Ship select merchandise to your home! This is an excellent option if you are running out of room in your suitcase or are purchasing a large or fragile item. Ask the Cast Member at the register about shipping your merchandise.
    Tip: You can use the Disneyland App to pay for your merchandise at participating stores at the Disneyland Resort. Simply open the app, tap the + icon, and select Merchandise Mobile Checkout.
