Hey, Andrea and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It looks like you are right on track in the planning stages for a "practically perfect in every way" vacation to my second home at Walt Disney World Resort in June. You are going to have an amazing time.
Mickey knows that Guests need to have flexibility when it comes to
dining experiences. There close to 700 food and beverage locations found throughout the "World" ranging from Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bars to fancy filets. While these dining locations are fantastic some Guests want to bring their own food and beverages with them for a variety of reasons including special diets and baby food. You may bring any food items you want into the theme park as long as they are not alcoholic beverages or store in glass jars (except for small containers such as baby food) per the
Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules. Many Guests bring insulated bags or backpacks with meals ready to eat. Please note suitcases, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (61cm x 38cm x 46cm) are too large to take into the theme parks. My kids love potato chips and granola bars so we include bags of chips and bars in our theme park bag for them to eat on during the day. It is a great way we save money on snack purchases to apply towards souvenirs.
Disney Dad Tip: If you have food items and you want them to stay cool, you can
rent a locker a locker for the day.
Andrea, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
