Depending on the terms and conditions of your
ticket at the time of purchase, you may be able to reassign unused theme park admission to another Guest. If you already know who you would like to reassign your tickets to, the first thing you need to do is confirm that your accounts are connected via
My Family & Friends. Try reassigning admission by visiting
My Plans on My Disney Experience and selecting
Tickets & Memory Maker under
My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. You can also use the
My Disney Experience mobile app. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines located at the bottom of the screen and select
Tickets and Passes. Locate your tickets and tap
Reassign Ticket. If you require further assistance, please contact Ticketing at (407) 566-4985.
In case you are referring to
Disney Park Pass reservations, please note that it is not possible to transfer a park reservation to another Guest. You are welcome to try making reservations for this Guest if they are included in your My Family & Friends list, provided valid admission is linked to their Disney account, however, park reservations cannot be modified at this time, only canceled.
