The park passes I purchased as part of my package do not seem to be linking to the app or my account. The hotel did though

    Hi there, Kristofer!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. It sounds like you've recently purchased a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package and begun planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth - how exciting! Kristofer, I'm happy to provide some insight on how to link your theme park tickets and make theme park reservations for your upcoming trip.

I'm glad to hear that you're able to see your Disney Resort hotel reservation reflected in your "My Plans" section of My Disney Experience, Kristofer. Now, I'm not sure whether your question pertains to your theme park admission (tickets) or theme park reservations, so I'll address both topics. You should be able to view any tickets you've purchased as part of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package by following these steps:
    • On the Walt Disney World Resort website, tap the "My Disney Experience" tab.
    • Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and select "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker."
    • Under "Tickets," you should see your theme park tickets listed.
If your tickets aren't already listed, then you may need to link them manually by following these steps that my fellow panelist, Thiana, recently provided to another Guest.

Kristofer, if your question is in regards to theme park reservations, these should be viewable in the "My Plans" section of My Disney Experience, under "Daily Itinerary." If you haven't already, be sure to make theme park reservations for each ticketed day that you intend to visit a theme park. This can be completed on the Walt Disney World website by hovering over "Parks & Tickets" and selecting "Theme Park Reservations." Next, select "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations." On the next screen, you'll choose "Book Park Reservation." You'll be prompted to select which theme park ticket(s) you'd like to make reservations for, then follow the steps to secure your theme park reservations!

I encourage you to download and become familiar with the My Disney Experience mobile app ahead of your visit, Kristofer. The app allows Guests to utilize helpful resources like Disney Genie+ service and Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering which add value and convenience to their time in the theme parks!

I hope that you find this information helpful, Kristofer. If you have any additional vacation planning questions, please feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime. Alternatively, you're welcome to reach out to me directly if I missed the mark on your request, and I'd be happy to help out in any way possible.

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
