Hello Barbara,
Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney, and thanks for your great question about modifying a Disney Park Pass.
Guests would need to use the
Disney Park Pass system to make a theme park reservation and create a Disney Park Pass.
It sounds like you're encountering an issue when you try to sign in to your My Disney Experience account to manage your theme park reservations.
I would imagine that you have already checked this, but I'll mention this just to cover the possible sources of the issue: you'll want to make a quick check that you're using the sign in links for your
My Disney Experience account and not the links to create a new My Disney Experience account.
You also might have tried this already, but it can be a good idea to try the "Need help signing in?" tools to assist with your account sign in. I used this feature just the other day when I had a sign in issue, and it was a friendly and easy method to sign in to my account.
If you are still encountering issues with signing in to your My Disney Experience account, I would suggest you give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. You can also reach out to Cast Members for assistance using
the chat service that is available.
It's important to keep in mind that the theme park reservations you make through the Disney Park Pass system cannot be modified. You can cancel your theme park reservations using the
"My Plans" features in your My Disney Experience account, and you can then make new theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system.
Barbara, I am hopeful that you can make your theme park reservations to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. I love spending time simply meandering and exploring the theme park. The theme park is also home to the attraction that has become one of my most favorite experiences: Avatar Flight of Passage.
Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort stay!
Jerry
