If I have a park pass reservation for a park and I leave midday to go to the pool, can I come back to the same park later on?

    Hi, there!

Welcome back to planDisney, Kelly. We have just loved helping you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Can you believe you're just two weeks away from your arrival? I bet you are counting down the days with excitement!

I'm a teacher and a mom with school-aged children, so my family almost always vacations in the summer months. The summer months are certainly hot in Orlando! One way my family beats the heat is to leave the theme parks shortly after lunch. We head back to our Disney Resort hotel and cool down at the pool for a few hours. Once everyone is a bit rested, we head back to the theme parks for more pixie-dusted adventures in the evening! So, that's all to say, yes, you may leave and then return to the theme park you have a Theme Park Reservation for. Isn't that great?

The summer months are the perfect time to enjoy the you-may-get-wet attractions in the theme parks like Splash Mountain and Kali River Rapids. My family likes to enjoy these attractions just before leaving the theme parks for the afternoon, at the hottest point of the day. If we get soaked to the bone, it's a welcome relief!

I hope this was helpful, Kelly. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
