Hello Supun, and welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with a question for me. Let's help you make your theme park reservations so your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation can begin!
Okay, so you bought your theme park tickets online and now you're getting ready to make some plans. That's perfect, Supun! You've done everything right so far. We just need to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account so you can get those reservations taken care of. If you don't already have a My Disney Experience account, it's free to create one, and you'll use it for lots of other planning functions, too. Hop on over to the
My Disney Experience page on the Walt Disney World website and press the green button that says "Sign In or Create Account" to get started.
Account all squared away? Great! On to linking your tickets! Head over to the
Link Your Reservations and Purchases page, and click on "Tickets" (you may need to sign in to your account again, so just be sure you remember your login info). On the next page, you'll type in the ID number for your ticket. If you're having trouble finding the right number, click through the examples on the right side of the page until you see the Will Call email. That will show you where to locate the number you need. After you've linked the first ticket, click on "Add Another ID Number" and continue until you've assigned a ticket to everyone in your party.
Stay with me, Supun, this is the last step! Now we're going to the
Disney Park Pass page to make your theme park reservations. You'll create your party, choose the date and park you plan to visit, then confirm. And that's it! Magical theme park plans made!
Supun, you can make sure all of your tickets and reservations are good to go by checking the "My Plans" page in your My Disney Experience account, which you can access by clicking on the "My Disney Experience" logo near the top of the
Walt Disney World home page. Scrolling down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" will show you your daily itinerary and a list of tickets associated with your account.
If you're still having trouble linking your tickets or making your theme park reservations, you can send us another question, or
give Disney Guest Relations a call at the number listed under "My Disney Experience & Magic Bands" and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.
I'm so glad I got a chance to chat with you today, Supun! I hope you have an amazing Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and please come see us again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
