Greetings, Heather!
It is a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney. Thank you for stopping by with a great question! I am happy to hear that you will be joining us to celebrate the
50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort!
As you are aware, all Guests ages 3 and older must have both valid admission and a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the same park on the same date, and although Guests are welcome to leave the park they are visiting for a break and return later in the day, please note that the ability to re-enter the park is subject to capacity limitations.
I have just checked
Theme Park Reservation Availability for Magic Kingdom Park on October 1st and reservations are not available anymore. This gives you an idea of how busy the park will be, especially because so many Guests want to celebrate this milestone. I recommend staying in the park during the day, because there is no guarantee you will be able to re-enter the park after leaving, and I am sure you do not want to miss any details of the world’s most magical celebration!
I hope this information is helpful, Heather! Come back to visit us if you have any questions, we are delighted to help!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
