To help you plan your park itinerary -- and be sure you never miss the parades, fireworks and other events -- Disney makes it convenient to check hours and schedules, which can shift occasionally because of weather or other considerations. One option is to check the
full list of times by date on the website. My favorite way to keep track of park hours and event times is the
My Disney Experience mobile app. All the information you need, including park hours, park reservations, wait times, showtimes, Lightning Lane passes and dining reservations, is right at your fingertips.
You can even
mobile order food from the app and, if you drove to the parks, you can
mark your car's location there, too. That's been a lifesaver for my family after a full day of memory-making in the parks.
If you are staying in a Walt Disney World resort or other select hotel, you can get extra time in the parks with the
Early Entry benefit. Those times also are on the schedule for each day and in the My Disney Experience app.
