Greetings, Deborah!
Welcome to planDisney! You picked an amazing time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth.
The holiday celebrations and offerings will be in full swing when you arrive. There are beautiful and festive projections on park icons, larger-than-life Christmas trees, and holiday overlays on some of your favorite attractions. It truly is the most magical time of the year.
Official park hours and schedules are listed on the
My Disney Experience mobile app and on the
Walt Disney World website 60 days in advance. This means you will be able to start viewing December dates beginning in October. I do want to mention that dates for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are now listed on the website. This means you can either
secure your tickets now or plan your park days accordingly if you will not be attending this special holiday event. Magic Kingdom Park closes early for Guests not attending the party on the evenings the event takes place. So if you prefer to head to Cinderella Castle for a full day of fun followed by an evening of fireworks and attractions, you may consider visiting this park on a day the party is not being hosted.
As you are planning out your magical itinerary, be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. This wonderful site is your go-to source for all of the
treats, events, and festivities coming to Walt Disney World Resort over the holiday season. I recommend checking out all the delightful details as your trip gets closer so you can make a list of all of your holiday must-dos. Don't forget to check it twice!
I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
Tammy
