What are park hopping times? We are dvc members, staying at Boardwslk this time and we are annual pass holders.

    Hi Carole,

Welcome to planDisney! It's great to connect with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member and Annual Passholder, thanks for asking your park hopping question today. Disney's BoardWalk Villas has a great location especially if spending a lot of time at theme parks. You're within walking distance of EPCOT via the International Gateway entrance and you can easily walk, boat or soar through the air on the Disney Skyliner to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Over the years, the rules around park hopping have changed so let's go over the current rules.

Annual Passholders do not require theme park reservations on Good-to-Go days or for visits after 2:00 PM. The only exception is Magic Kingdom Park, where reservations are still required on Saturdays and Sundays. You can still visit Magic Kingdom on Saturdays or Sundays (if there is availability) but you'll need to visit another theme park first and then hop over. Be sure to check the Annual Passholder Admission Calendar to make reservations and see availability.

Staying at Disney's BoardWalk will be excellent especially if exploring the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts (from January 17 to February 24, 2025). I love seeing the art displays and chatting with the artists about their work. Their creativity is incredible! If you're a fan of musicals, check out the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series. You can purchase a dining package and enjoy a delicious meal and guaranteed seating, all that's left is to sit back, relax and enjoy the show!

I hope this information is helpful, Carole. Wishing you a wonderful vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please visit us again at planDisney if you have any DVC or vacation planning questions, we'd love to help!

    Welcome Home,
