I have park hoppers I am trying to make a reservation. Says to pick day&park to enter first, you can enter other after 1pm. On 10/6 only DCA is available. I’m fine with starting DCA but want to make sure I’ll be able to get into Disney park after.

    Hey Selena!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I see you have a trip on the horizon to the Happiest Place on Earth. I’m glad to hear that you purchased park hopper tickets. It is so easy to hop parks at the Disneyland Resort because Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are so close to each other. As you mentioned, if you choose to start your day at Disney California Adventure Park you will be able to park hop over to Disneyland Park starting at 1 pm. You are then free to hop from park to park as much as you'd like.

The only way you would not be able to enter Disneyland Park is if the park was at capacity. This typically only happens during the holiday season on days like Christmas and New Year's Eve. Even then there are only short periods of time in the day where the park is at capacity before it opens up again. There is a small chance it could happen but now that theme park reservations are required, I imagine for this to happen much less often.

Well Selena, let us know if you have any other questions about your trip.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
