Hi, We have park hopper tickets for our upcoming trip in February and was wondering how will we know if the park we want to hop to is at full capacity? Will it show up on MDE app? We don’t want to arrive at the park only to be turned away.

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney! We are SO excited to help you plan your next MAGICAL vacation to Walt Disney World! I know you can't WAIT for your upcoming trip in February! Just in case you did not know...THAT IS ONLY A FEW WEEKS AWAY!

You have asked a really GREAT question concerning the Park Hopper Option on a Walt Disney World Park Ticket. (I am just SO excited this feature is back!) Like you, I would definitely want to know if a Disney Theme Park was at capacity before leaving a park to travel to another park.

Based on my research, this is what I have found out:

* Mickey Mouse has thought of everything and has provided a capacity hotline number for you to call to find out if a Disney Theme Park is open for Park Hopping availability. The number to call is (407) 560-5000.

* Guests can also check with Disney Guest Relations before leaving their reserved Disney Theme Park.

* Since bus service is now available between each Disney Theme Park, you can always ask a Cast Member before departing.

* At this time, there is not a feature on the My Disney Experience Mobile App to let you know if a park is already at capacity.

As you continue to plan, the Park Hopping feature will begin at 2:00 pm and go through park close for guests who want to go from one Disney Theme Park to another park. Also, guests are allowed to Park Hop only after they have entered their reserved Disney Theme Park for that specific day.
