I have park hopper tickets that we purchased back in 04/2020 when covid hit and the parks closed. Wanted to know if my one day I had left is still valid.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Brandie!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan for an upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Thank YOU for allowing us to be a part of your PLANNING TEAM! WOO HOO!

What a great question! At the bottom of the Disneyland Theme Park Reservation page, there is a list of expiration dates available to see if the Disneyland Theme Park Tickets you purchased are still valid for your one remaining day. If this information does not help, my recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. I am sure the Cast Member will be able to find your theme park ticket in your My Disneyland Account and share with you if the ticket is still valid.

You have probably heard by now that you can expect longer-than-normal wait times when you call and speak to someone in Ticket Services. While this is true, I do have a pro-tip for you! My recommendation is to make your call in the evening. From my experience, I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will add additional wait time to your call.

Exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a thing! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
