Hi there, Karen! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
Most
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets had their expiration dates extended because of the closure for COVID-19. For instance, one-day tickets that expired on December 30, 2020 can now be used through December 16, 2021. Because the expiration date for your tickets is a few days off the December 30 date, I would suggest calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. They can look up your ticket ID number and let you know if the expiration date was extended. If the expiration date was not extended for some reason, you should be able to apply the amount paid for those two Park Hopper tickets toward a new ticket(s) of equal or greater value.
If your tickets are valid, the next step will be to make
theme park reservations. It's a good idea to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to see if there is availability for your intended travel dates. With your Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you plan to start at that day and then you can hop over to the other park beginning at 1:00 p.m.
I hope this helps! Have a fabulous day!
