Hey there, Susan! Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question.
Park hopping is my favorite way to spend a Disney day! I love enjoying the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks in the early morning hours before they tend to get busy for the day. Then, around lunchtime, I like to head back to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that I am staying at for an afternoon swim. When I've had my fill of fun in the Florida sun I like to clean up and head back to the theme parks, particularly Epcot, to enjoy snacks and drinks around the World Showcase for dinner. Park hopping is so much fun.
With your park hopper ticket, Susan. You can enjoy one, two or all of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks in one single day! However, park hopping does look a little bit different these days. Here's how it's currently working:
- Guests who wish to park hop must have valid theme park admission with the park hopper option
- Guests who wish to park hop must make park pass reservations for an initial theme park they'd like to visit each day
- On the day of, Guests wishing to park hop must scan in and visit the theme park with the park pass reservation first before continuing on to other Walt Disney World Theme Parks later in the day
- It is not necessary or even possible to hold multiple park pass reservations in one day. Just the initial park
- Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes in the evening
- To make park hopping a little bit easier for Guests at this time complimentary park-to-park bus transportation is currently being provided.
I hope this helps break down park hopping a little bit more for you, Susan. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help. Have fun and happy hopping!
