Hello, I have a park hopper ticket, but am forced to select an All Day option only. In the fine print for Park Hopper details, it states we can move parks at 1pm, if the other park is not at capacity. ?!? Which would nullify the park hopper portion!

Hello Corrina! Welcome to planDisney. It looks like you are just beginning to plan your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth and I am so excited for you!

I will admit that I too found the verbiage of reserving a Park Hopper ticket a bit confusing the first time. The "all day" part of the reservation process is confusing when booking a Park Hopper, but I assure you if you have a Park Hopper ticket you will have Park Hopper ability at 1:00 p.m., that day. So when booking your reservations, just choose the park that you want to start out in that day. It does state in the fine print that the other park would need to have availability for you to switch parks, so there is a very small chance that could happen. I have gone on multiple days that reservations have been sold out and I still had no trouble going from park to park with my Park Hopper ticket.

Be sure to download the Disneyland app if you haven't already, link your account/tickets, and make sure you have a form of payment added. The Disneyland app is going to make your day in the park so much more convenient to scan into the parks, utilize Disney Genie, and more. One of my favorite features of the app is the Mobile Order feature. This can save you quite a lot of time and convenience. I love that I can be in line for an attraction, select a pick-up time, and order my snack!

Corrina, thanks again for bringing us your question. I hope you have a fantastic park-hopping day in the parks soon!
