I have a Park Hopper ticket for Disneyland/California adventure next month. Am I required to visit both parks in one day? If I stay at Disneyland the entire day or if a situation comes up, what happens if I don’t park hop?

    Hello, dear Caitleen!

I absolutely adore that you're already doing your research to ensure that you have a perfect trip. We're all planners here at planDisney, so, please, make yourself at home!

We also know the feeling of enjoying a theme park so much that we don't want to leave. I know I'm guilty of it! If this happens to you on your next trip, don't worry. There are no penalties if you choose to use a Park Hopper ticket to enjoy only one theme park per day.

I hope this helps you enjoy your trip even more and have fun while planning it, too! Don't forget to have some fun researching restaurants and special activities such as the all-new Tenaya Stone Spa at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. There's nothing like a good foot massage after a busy day at a theme park!

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be thrilled to help!

May the magic be with you,
