We have Park Hopper plus tickets from a prior visit with days remaining on them. They are not supposed to expire until used. We cannot find a way to link the tickets with the days we plan to visit later this month.

    Hi Carol, welcome to planDisney!

I bet you're as Happy as the dwarf to see your Walt Disney World Resort vacation countdown almost reach single digits. Your much-anticipated return during The World's Most Magical Celebration is just a few dreams away. Get that camera ready because the Disney Fab 50 characters are ready and waiting!

It's great to hear you have some Park Hopper Plus tickets with no expiration date in your possession. The No Expiration Option is not available for current ticket purchases, but your magical tickets can still be used for theme park admission if they have valid theme park days remaining. If you are unable to locate a valid ID number required to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, chances are your tickets require a special kind of pixie dust only a Cast Member can provide. If the purchase date on your ticket is before 2010, a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 would be happy to help modernize the magic in your tickets.

Cast Members are currently answering the calls of the many Guests answering the call to Walt Disney World Resort's 50th Anniversary Celebration and I must emphasize that patience is required while waiting to speak to a Cast Member. Phone lines are open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST. In my experience, the wait time will be shorter if you call at 7:00 a.m. on the dot or after 9:00 p.m. If multiple members of your planning party are up for making a call, a Cast Member at (407) 939-1289 or (407) 939-6204 is also up to the task of helping you use your tickets. I suggest making it a challenge - the first person to get through gets a DOLE Whip!

Valid admission and separate park reservations are currently required for theme park entry. Once your tickets are linked in My Disney Experience, Carol, check the Theme Park Availability Calendar and make your park via the Disney Park Pass system immediately. March dates are already starting to fill up and I, like the White Rabbit, would hate for you to be too late for a very important date!

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any follow-up questions.

    Choose magic,
    Jennifer
