    I have park hopper passes from years ago that still have days on them. What do I need to do to use them when I come to the parks

    I'm so glad to hear you’re planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Isn't it exciting to have an incredible adventure to look forward to? There are so many new and exciting things at Walt Disney World these days, so I just know you will have the most fantastic time on your trip!

    Now, let’s get to your question, shall we? Theme park tickets do expire, but the value of those tickets will remain in your account. However, the ticket must be entirely unused to hold any value to be applied toward your future visit. Meaning, if you purchased a three-day theme park ticket and did not use any of those days, you can use the value of that ticket toward a future ticket purchase. However, the ticket would no longer hold any value if you visited a theme park and scanned in one of the three days.

    The best way to check on the status of your ticket would be to call the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639. The fabulous Cast Members on this team will be happy to take a look at your account and let you know if you have any ticket value to use for your 2023 visit.

    I’m so excited for you to enjoy all that Walt Disney World has to offer these days. Be sure to spend some time in EPCOT and check out one of the newest attractions, which has quickly become one of my favorites, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. On this fantastic 4D ride, you'll scurry alongside Chef Remy through the hustle and bustle of Gusteau's restaurant kitchen. It's tremendous fun, so I definitely recommend checking it out!
