Hello there, James. Welcome to
planDisney.
It is so fun and exciting to find old
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets. I love when this happens. There's quite a price difference between then and now isn't there? It's fun to compare that and the design styles from back in the day.
I think you'll be happy to know that you may be able to use your old Walt Disney World park hopper tickets. Walt Disney World continues to honor all unexpired theme park tickets with remaining days on them.
What you'll need to do, James is call (407) 939-1289 and speak to a Cast Member about your tickets. They'll be able to see if there are any days remaining on your tickets and
convert them into tickets that can be used today. Because the ticketing system is a bit different, they'll issue you new tickets that will work with the online system.
Once your tickets are converted, you'll need to link them to your
MyDisneyExperience account. Also, to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, you'll not only need your tickets but you'll also need park pass reservations. This is basically like a virtual placeholder in line at the Walt Disney World Theme Park you'd like to visit each day. To do this, you'll visit the
park pass reservation website. You'll select the people in your travel party, the date on a calendar and the theme park you'd like to visit. If all goes well you'll be taken to a confirmation page and can make your selections for a different day.
I have my fingers crossed that you'll be able to use your long-lost - but found tickets on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
Have fun.
