Welcome to planDisney, Randy.
A visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth sounds like a good plan! Did you know that the
50th Anniversary Celebration is currently underway? There are new rides and shows, EARidescent souvenirs and décor, tasty snacks and drinks, and so much more! You're going to love every moment.
If you are hoping to make use of an unused ticket with the Park Hopper Option, then the first thing to do is create and/or sign in to your
My Disney Experience account through your browser. Go to the "My Plans" page and see if your ticket is visible. If not, hover over "Park Tickets" and click "Link Tickets." When you purchased your ticket, you should have received an ID number. Enter that ID number and that should link your ticket. Once you link your ticket, you should be able to see if there is an expiration date. If your ticket has expired, Hakuna Matata! You'll be pleased to know that the value of any unused tickets can be applied to new tickets (you'll just have to pay any difference in price).
If, for whatever reason, you have trouble linking your ticket, or if your ticket has expired, or if your ticket has been partially used, then I'd suggest calling "
Existing Tickets" and speaking to a friendly Cast Member. Depending on the terms and conditions of your ticket, they will be able to discuss what options you have.
Once you have a valid ticket linked to your account, then the fun really begins, Randy. If you want to maximize your magic, you might want to consider staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. The
benefits of staying on property will add so much extra pixie dust to your trip.
I hope that's helpful, Randy. See ya real soon!
Mike
