    I have park hopper passes that have expired during covid. what are my options for using?

    It's wonderful to see you're planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I can imagine you're looking forward to all the magic that awaits you. 

    To help Guests experience the magic of the theme parks, the Walt Disney World Resort extended the valid use timeframe for select theme park tickets. It's possible these modifications could apply to your theme park tickets. 

    My best suggestion is for you to call the Walt Disney World Resort ticketing team at (407)-566-4985. The Cast Members with the ticketing team can assist you with your expired tickets. 

    It's also possible that the amount you paid for your theme park tickets could be applied towards the purchase of new theme park tickets. The ticketing team Cast Members can give you the best guidance based on the specifics of your theme park tickets.
